Processing time

  • Currently I am not guaranteeing dispatch less than 3-4 weeks, but I aim to get orders shipped quicker than this.  The time needed to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.

Shipping

  • All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Delivery, Free Delivery for shipping within the UK.  For Tracked Delivery please select appropriate option during checkout.

  • International Shipping CURRENTLY SUSPENDED

    • 26 July 2021 - Due changes in the EU with tax implications, for now I have suspended shipping outside of the UK.

    • 13 Jan 2021 - International Shipping has been reinstated, but please check this list before ordering - any countries listed by Royal Mail as 'On Suspension' I will not be shipping to - CLICK HERE

      • It is recommended in the current climate to pay for upgraded tracked shipping.

  • Please be aware delays are still likely with mail delivery due to the global pandemic, this is outside of my control.

Customs and import taxes

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

  • Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

  • Send items back within: 14 days of delivery.

I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchange because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
